You don't need to know a single tile to begin — just bring yourself. We'll sit beside you and walk you through it, until the game feels like second nature and the table feels like home. Everything is provided for you — simply book your seat.

Mahj 101
This is where you learn all the different parts of the game — the tiles, the National Mah Jongg League card (which we go over in extensive detail), and the rules. Then we put it all together and play a game so you can see how everything flows. No prior knowledge needed.
Guided Play
A short review from Mahj 101, and then all play — putting into practice what you learned, with an instructor by your side. Most players come about a week after Mahj 101, but come whenever you're ready, and come back as often as you like.
